Windham and Bennington County's 10-year old orthophotos (aerial photographs used for mapping) have been updated! The Vermont Mapping Program has now completed the production of these orthophotos, flown in Spring 2000. The photos are in digital format, which means they can be viewed on a computer screen in conjunction with other GIS data.
Posted below are several aerial photo images of various points of interest in the Windham Region. All the images are oriented with north being at the top, but the images are not all the same scale. These images were all taken from the newly-released digital orthophotos from the Vermont Mapping Program. These photos were taken in the spring of 2000.
