Overview
The Windham Regional Commission has produced probably hundreds of GIS map since 1991. Maps are produced that cover only one town (for example, maps for town plans), cover the entire region, or cover a specific area for special projects.

Base Maps and Road Name Maps
The WRC has started to produce a series of consistent base maps and road name maps for various towns. Check out the web pages outline information on Base Maps and Road Name Maps for more details.

Maps for Emergency Response and Planning
Many maps WRC creates are useful for emergency response and planning. We have created a web page listing some of these maps. That web page can be accessed here

Other Maps
We are in the process of inventorying, documenting, and cataloging other maps of Windham Region and individual towns, but a complete list will be a long time coming! The listing below is what we've pulled together so far.

Some of the maps are available on-line for viewing and download. These are typically the smaller format 11x17 inch black & white maps. These maps may contain color on them, but are designed for photocoping into a black & white format. These maps are in PDF, or portable document file format. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader (available free for download at Adobe's web site, www.adobe.com) to view and/or print the maps. To access the maps, simply click on the "PDF" link. Currently, only maps for the Town of Putney are available in PDF.
