Coverage "TAXMAP" with path "\(town_name)" contains generic documentation  
for town parcel data.  The TAXMAPZ documentation for a given town includes 
information specific to that town.                                         
                                                                           
Coverage TAXMAPZ contains non-property boundaries for the town, which can  
be used for producing tax maps.  Further documentation can be found with   
coverage PARCEL and in the Municipal Property Mapping Guidelines of the    
VGIS Handbook.                                                             
                                                                           
Updates to the documentation for TAXMAPZ should be made in coordination    
with coverage PARCEL.
